DMX began rapping in the late 1990s. The rapper released his debut album The album It's Hot as well as Hell is DARK on the 19th of May, 1998. There were many albums released over the years, including... and then There Was X... and then the Redemption of the Beast grand champ... The Great Depression Year of the Dog... In 2001, he was nominated for the Grammy Award for the Best Rap Album Category. His album titled...And then there was X. The success of his music was further enhanced by appearances in films as Lords of the Street Belly Top Five - Exit Wounded, Never Die Alone - The Bleeding Romeo must die Backstage - Beyond the Law Lockjaw - Rise of the Kulev Serpent and Fast and Fierce Death Race.
